We loved the location of the hotel right on the beach and near the shops. The room had a fantastic view and the hotel facilities were well-kept. The breakfast was good and quite varied. The staff were outstanding, always smiling and ready to serve.
Nothing all good.

Very nice hotel--just a bit pricey. Excellent all-u-can-eat buffet meals and 24-hr drinks included. Right on the water; beach is a short walk, though there are nicer beaches on other parts of the island.
Only real complaint was a very cumbersome check-in process...also, as part of the Decameron experience, expect to be asked repeatedly about time-share package offers on other Decameron locations.

Location!!!! At seaside; even though there isn´t a beach within the hotel's area, there is a wooden deck for sun bath and swiming, with a well provided bar and friendly people Hotel is near to the shopping center, on a relative secure zone Buffet breakfast is standard; meals are of good quality but limited variety
Under no any circunstance try to hire any service from over receptour (at hotel's lobby); they haven´t any respect for customers, time table or deal Their only interest is to take your money; use any other travel agency outside the hotel (there are many a few steps from the hotel) but avoid those guys on the street. Wi Fi service only at the lobby area; expensive and bad signal quality You will loose a lot of time booking for the restaurants

The hotel was a great value for the money, with affordable prices and excellent attention to detail. The staff were amazing, prompt, and most spoke English. The rooms, especially those in the pods directly over the water, were unique and offered stunning ocean views. The breakfast served with a nice view was a delightful way to start the day.
All aspects of the hotel were fantastic.

Stunning views and mouthwatering food
During our romantic escape, we were blown away by the panoramic views from our room. The hotel's prime location, within walking distance to town, allowed us to explore the island's colorful culture and stake out the best local eateries. We were thrilled with the variety of food options and loved the scrumptious seafood and Italian dishes that were on offer. the staff were courteous and helpful, offering helpful recommendations and going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
Although the hotel's pier offered a lovely place to soak up the tropical sun, we found the pool to be unremarkable and in need of a facelift. while the hotel's transportation services were reliable, there were limited organized activities beyond snorkeling and kayaking.

This hotel is situated right on the best beach on the island, offering a beautiful view from the rooms. I also loved that they had the option to rent golf cars to explore the island, making it convenient and fun. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was excellent, and the basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient. The breakfast, accompanied by a nice view, was a great way to start the day.
All aspects of this hotel were great.

This resort is steps away from the beach, making it easy to have fun in the sun. You can enjoy great snorkelling in the ocean right in front of the hotel. It’s also close to downtown so you can explore the local area. The rooms have a comfortable bed with nice pillows and fantastic water pressure in the bathroom.
The food and drinks offered at the hotel need improvement.

This hotel offers great value for money. You can rent golf cars at very affordable prices to explore the island, and the location is perfect with stunning views. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast with a beautiful view.
All things considered, this hotel was great.

The hotel is strategically located, near the airport and convention center. The food served during breakfast and lunch was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
The internet connection was limited and slow. The hotel room was not thoroughly cleaned upon check-in, and there were no extra amenities available in the room.
